Here is another FW-190 sheet that includes the planes of JG 1 in it. This unit is quite popular because of the colorful engine cowlings that it used. All these planes are in the basic RLM 74/75/76 with varying amounts of fuselage mottling and a yellow undercowl section. I believe all are from I./JG 1, though only two are positively identified as such.

First is the Technical Officer's plane from Stab I./JG 1 this one has the cowling in black and white stripes. The decal sheet provides the stripes and a good placement guide. This is an FW-190A-5 variant

Another A-5 version is white 7 with an all yellow cowling. The tactical number has been painted out and the new one painted over a background of what looks like RLM 70, though it could also be RLM 66.

White 11 have a full checkered cowling. It also has a number of kill markings on the fin and it also has a repainted tactical number with a 'dark patch' under it, probably in one of the upper surface greys.

Finally an A-6 variant (same as the above plane), white 9 also has the black and white checkered cowling with a white spinner and thin black spiral.

For kits, well, there is no dedicated A-5 or A-6 version. The instructions recommend the Tamiya 190, but neither the A-3 or F-8 they offer is totally correct. The A-3 has the short nose that is inappropriate for the A-5/A-6 and the biggest difference in the F-8 is lack of outer wing guns and the larger cowl guns which have an upper cowling profile that is all wrong. One can only hope for some sort of an aftermarket fix or prepare to do a bit of modification work.
