One of the more popular late piston powered aircraft is the Hawker Sea Fury. It was also one of Hobbycraft's earliest kits and thankfully, it was one that was rather well done. What's more, it is pretty easy to find at swap meets if you don't want to fork out retail for one.
First up is an Iraqi Mk 60. These aircraft were built without the naval equipment so you'll have to do a bit of modification to the rear by removing the tail hook mount and extending the rudder. A standard desert scheme of Dark Earth/Mid Stone over Azure blue
Next is a Canadian FB.11 from 871 Squadron in 1953. It is Extra Dark Sea Grey (EDSG) over RCN Light Sea Grey (Medium Sea Grey) and sports and red spinner.
Finally, a Korean War Royal Navy FB.11 from 807 Sq circa April 1951. EDSG over Sky with white/black ID bands. The modeler will have to paint those on the wings.
Enough data for one plane and insignia for all.
