This is the first of two sheet for the FW-190D. I guess they are called 'late doras' as they are all from 1945. The recommended kit is the Tamiya version, though actually, many consider the older Dragon kit to be more accurate. However, it is a case of what is more easily available and that would be the Tamiya.
First up is an early 190D-9 with the flatter canopy, though oddly, it has a later head rest/armor plate section. This is in the older colors of RLM 74/75/76 and flown by Gerhard Barkhorn when with Stab./JG 6.
Next is Oblt. Michalski, the Geschwaderkommodore of JG 54 at the end of the war. It is in RLM 75/83/76 with the black/white/black Reich Defense bands. A green mottling of possibly RLM 82 is on the nose cowling.
The final aircraft is yellow 6 from III./KG(J) 27. It was part of the airfield defense flight that protected Me-262s during landing and take-off. I is in RLM 82/83/76 with the RLM 76 being in that greenish shade that is often seen in late war planes. The underside of the wing is mostly unpainted metal. This particular aircraft has the wider Ta-152 tail the was fitted to a number of aircraft.
It looks like there are full insignia for all and full data markings for at least two planes. A nicely done sheet.
