There are a number of very nice Ju-88 kits on the market. Basically, between Italeri, Ertl and the new releases by AMtech, you can do just about all the major variants and a bunch of the less well known. What still isn't done is an early short-winged version in any scale. Unfortunately, the Ju-88 isn't as 'hot' an item as the Bf-109 or FW-190, so seeing any aftermarket stuff or new kits for these early birds won't happen soon, I'm sure.
Anyway, this sheet covers a nice selection of planes. It is also done in 1/48, though I don't recall the sheet number. All are in RLM 70/71 uppers and most have RLM 65 lower surfaces.
First is an A-14 version from Rumania in 1944. It has a large skeletal hand on the nose. The instructions say it is overall RLM 71, though I think that may be in error as often RLM 70 and RLM 71 were so close in shade as to seem the same color. Anyway, it is up to you. I know that when I used this scheme on my 1/48 Ju-88A, I painted it in the single topside color. The A-14 version does not have dive brakes.
Next is an A-1 of 7./KG 51 during the Battle of Britain. You'll need to do some kit work to model this short-winged version.
With its black underside, here ia an A-5 from 5./KG 20 in Finland during 1941-42. It has the yellow underside wing tips of the eastern front, and is armed with a cannon in the nose postition.
Finally, an A-4 variant from 6./KG 3 from the Russian front in 1941/42. It has full eastern front markings of the yellow under wing tips and fuselage band.
Please note that the sheet may look a bit short as I'll often crop off common markings to save on server space.
