Knowing that the Trumpeter 1/24 Bf-109G-6 would be a popular seller, Eagle Strike has released three sheets for the G-6 version, each covering three aircraft. As the instructions so sagely state, rarely will anyone build more than one of these planes, so common markings and insignia are limited to one aircraft and provided on a separate sheet.

All of the aircraft on this sheet are in the standard mid-war fighter camo scheme of RLM 74/75/76 with varying degrees of mottling.

First up is White 5 from 7./JG 1 in Holland during the Winter/Spring of 43/44. It has just a red fuselage band and the white quartering of its spinner for any color.

9./JG 3s Yellow 6 has a nice rudder tally for its pilot, Alred Surav. Flown from Bad Albing in Germany during late 1943, this plane has a yellow nose, lower cowling and upper cowl gun bulge.

Finally, 1./JG 27's Ludwig Franzisket flew this plane while based in Austria during mid 1944. It has a yellow lower cowling, green fuselage band and a white rudder.
