This is the second sheet based on the Mombeek JG1 books. It gives a nice selection of 190s with various markings and colorations. Again, the Tamiya/Dragon kits are recommended and some minor alteration will be needed to do the sub-variants not kitted. As with most sheets, I've cropped the common markings. There are enough insignia to do three of the four planes and enough data markings to do two.
First is black 3, an A-6 variant from 5./JG 1 in late 1943. This one has a white nose with a red cowling underside. There is no mottling on this aircraft. Like all of the planes on this sheet, it is in the standard RLM 74/75/76 camouflage.
Next is an A-5 for II./JG1's gruppe technical officer. His aircraft also has a red lower cowling and is, like the other mottled planes, very lightly mottled on the fuselage side.
Yellow 6 is an A-4 with a black and white checkered cowling from 3./JG 1. The front armored ring and lower cowling is yellow and the lower half of the fuselage insignia has the white surround removed.
Finally, black 5 from 5./JG 1. This A-6 sub-variant has a red lower cowling.
