Furball Aero-Design FMS-011: F-35C Lightning II

An accessory that has grown in popularity over the years has been vinyl masks. Designed for model clear bits, there are even masks for camouflage schemes and other areas where masking is important. This particular set is designed for the Kitty Hawk 1/48 F-35C Lightning II.

The mask includes sections for the canopy and wheel hubs. There are other bits in there that are for the under nose sensor turret, something nice to have. You may notice what seems like 'extra' nose wheel masks, but unlike the previous F-35 versions, the navalized one has dual nose wheels.

I have not shown the actual mask as you'd see nothing but a black rectangle. The set cover does a fine job of showing what is included.  Overall it is a very handy item and if you have never used a mask set, I think you will be pleased.
