This is a really simple conversion and one that can easily come in handy. Many 1/48 P-47 kits do not include this feature and it was something one saw all the time on late war and post war Thunderbolts. Though designed for the Monogram kit, it should fit any P-47 that needs it. A simple trim of the base of the forward fin is all that is needed.
