Here is another fairly old sheet. This one is a data sheet for the F-16N, both the single and twin seat models. The decals have a very good placement guilde included with them. Though it says it is for the Navy version, to be truthful, you could use this on any F-16 kit that has the need for markings like these.

There are complete markings for one aircraft.
