With the release of the Trumpeter 1/48 RA-5C, it was inevitable that we'd see a number of decal sheets for this kit. This one is the first of two from Superscale and depicts the CAG aircraft from RVAH-7 aboard the USS Constellation in 1969. Unlike most CAG birds, this one does not sport the multiple colors of the air wing.

This aircraft is also one of the original builds and so the modeler will have to trim back the wing strake. The instructions show what needs to be removed in order to accomplish this. A rather complete stencil set is includes as well as a well done placement guide. Wing insignia are provided in sections for use if the modeler decides to fold the wings.
