Moving on to P-51D Mustangs, here are two in unpainted metal and the markings are designed for the Tamiya kit. Of course, you can use others, but the decals won't be as good a fit.

First is Huie Lamb's 'Etta Jeanne II' from the 87th FS/78th FG. This one has a red rudder with a white/black segmented spinner along with those nice nose checks.

The other is 'Grim Reaper' of the 355 FS/354 FG. This aircraft has invasion stripes on the lower surface of the wings and fuselage with a blue nose and an OD radio mast. The blue for the spinner should match the blue on the nose checks.

A full set of insignia and data markings is provided for one of the options.
