Now that Hasegawa has released a two seat F-104 in 1/48, we've seen a number of new sheets. This one has markings for two aircraft. Both are in unpainted metal with white upper wings and ADC grey lower wings.
The twin seat version is a TF-104G from the 69 TFTS/58 TTW. These guys trained German F-104 pilots and these planes were owned by the GAF, but in US markings. This is the Bicentennial scheme.
The other is an F-104A from the 58th FIS in 1959. There is no dedicated F-104A kit but you can use the F-104C kit and backdate it. I'm not positive just what is different, but it is relatively minor.
There is enough insignia and basic markings for one aircraft.
