This old sheet came out when the F-16 was pretty new. The sheet is not for any specific kit, though at the time there wasn't much on the market aside from the Monogram kit and perhaps one from ESCI or Italeri. Regardless, these markings should fit the Hasegawa version without too much trouble. All the various data markings are the old style orange ones that were applied when the planes were new. It also appears that these are early block airframes with the smaller horizontal stabilizer.

First up is a Belgian version that was at the annual Farnborough or LeBourget air show. It has both F-16 wing tail badges and a band of flags under the cockpit.

The other is a standard Belgian fighter from, I believe, 349 or 350 Squadron.

Next is an Egyptian version  in standard camo.

Finally, an Israeli F-16A in the three color camo of the time.

The rather patched instruction sheet includes data placement guides and camo scheme information. Though probably not an easy sheet to find, it does offer some early schemes that may not be available anywhere else.
