With the recent reissue of the Monogram F-106A Delta Dart, it is not unexpected that Superscale would reissue a decal sheet that has been out of production for several decades. And so they have with this sheet of an 87 FIS F-106A as it was seen at the William Tell Meet of 1972.  With the demise of Air Defense Command that event is no longer held.  But we can relive it with fine decal sheets such as this one. It comes complete with an array of stencils to do the 106 named 'Bone Crusher'.

Late note. Once again a reader comes to my rescue to fill in some missing info. Apparently the William Tell competition is still alive despite a gap from about 1996 until last November. The more recent incarnation was apparently a ghost of its former self with but five F-15 units participating. Nonetheless, it is nice to hear that is back on the slate.
