Superscale's next new sheet is another for the HobbyBoss A-7 Corsair II. Only this time, it is a pair of A-7Bs. Typical of the time, the camouflage scheme is Light Gull Grey over White and also typically, both options are for colorful CAG birds. I know that is what sells, but once in a while I'd like to see a standard line bird included.
First up is from VA-303 in November of 1977. This one has a Blue fin which the modeler will need to paint.
The other is from July 1978 and is the CAG bird from VA-72. This one is still carrying the Bicentennial fuselage band. The wing tips and fin tip are in Dark Blue.
Cartograf is now Superscale's default printer and the sheet is superbly done. There are insignia and data markings for one aircraft though one can glean the additional ones from the kit if one wishes to do both options.
