Now one for the Trumpeter kit or for those of you still struggling with the C&H resin conversion (I know I am and it has only been about ten years). Actually, I don't know if this will actually fit the Monogram kit that is part of that conversion so best use it on the Trumpeter kit unless you know otherwise.
Anyway, this sheet is for Col. F. Gabreski's plane when he was the unit commander with the 354th TFW when based at Myrtle Beach, SC in 1959. This scheme is pretty much the same as with the old AMT 1/72 kit that has been reissued (sans these markings) a few times. The plane is in overall aluminum lacquer with a bare metal (titanium) hot section.
The instructions include a superb data placement guide so you can get the myriad of stencils properly located. Cartograf is now Superscale's default printer and the sheet is superbly done. You get all the markings necessary to duplicate the plane on the sheet cover. Some have commented that Trumpeter decals are, well, less than optimal so here is a perfect replacement sheet.
