This sheet comes from the early days of the F-18 Hornet as new US Navy units were established to operate the type and it was first being flow by the Canadian Air Force. No kit is suggested for this sheet, but nowadays we have the very nice one by Hasegawa, itself now approaching 20 years old. Canadian planes are painted in a darker grey scheme than the US Hornets. That information is provided on the instruction sheet as well as a data placement guide.

First up is an aircraft from VFA-132 "Privateers". This unit served aboard the USS Coral Sea on one of her last, if not the last, cruise.

The other USN Hornet is from VFA-131 "Wildcats", the sister unit of 132 and also aboard the USS Coral Sea.

The Canadian Hornet is from 409 Sq, one of the first operational units to trade in their Voodoos for the Hornet.

The sheet includes common data and insignia for all the aircraft. In fact, there are a bunch of extra US insignia for other projects.
