With the Hasegawa Scooters getting all the 'press' in the decal world, it was about time that someone did some for the Hobbycraft kit. Both of these are for USMC versions (as the Navy only used them in aggressor units and then only for a very short time). They are both in Light Gull Grey over White. Superscale includes nose anti-glare panels both both though insignia and some other common markings are only enough for one plane.
First is a VMA-211 plane. For this one, Superscale has given the option of using decals in between the rudder panels or using paint. You know which one I'd choose!
The VMA-324 Scooter is an early version without all the extra RWR radar antennas nor the fin tip pod. You'll notice that the design of the white underside does not swoop up so soon on the nose as it does with the 211 bird. Not having the Hobbycraft A-4M, I'm not sure if the early version can be built, but it should be an easy conversion if not.
