To my knowledge, this is the first MC.205 sheet that Superscale has done, and if not the first Italian sheet, then the first one done in a very long time. The kit of choice is the Hasegawa M.C. 205 which gets released from time to time with some different decals in it to justify a 'new' release.
First as a plane of the 88 Squadriglia in 1943 when it was initially brought into action. As a late war (at least from the Italian standpoint) plane, it saw very limited use with the Reggia Aeronautica. It is in the standard light tan with dark green 'smoke rings' and white fuselage band and spinner.
Next is a similarly painted plane from 2 Squadriglia, 1 Gruppo of the ANR. The main difference (other than insignia) is that the 'smoke rings' are in a medium green.
In RLM 82 over RLM 76 is this later ANR bird from 1 Squadriglia, 1 Gruppo in 1944. Though no upper wing plan is shown, it may have been in a splinter pattern of RLM 82/83 as those are the colors used on the side mottling.
Finally, a 205 of the Co-Belligerent Air Force in 1944. It is painted just like the second plane, but with no white areas and the now-current roundels.
White fuselage bands are provided as decals and they should work fine, but the builder may want to paint these on instead. I should also mention that on the first plane, the faces face outward and the black ones are normally on the underside. The instructions state that the black ones are on the top, but this would be extremely unusual. I'd highly recommend checking references to verify this.
