The second new P-51 sheet covers two more relatively different aircraft. Both are in bare metal with OD anti-glare panels. There are a ton of D model P-51 kits around though this sheet recommends the Tamiya version.
First up is 'Chattanooga Choo Choo' as flown by Lt. Ed Pogue of the 79 FS/20 FG. It has a black spinner with a natural metal tip.
Next is Lt Vernon Judkins' 'Babe' of the 369 FS/359 FG. This one has a green nose and rudder with red canopy frame and radio mast. Makes for a rather gaudy Mustang!
The sheet includes a great data suite and placement guide that will really add to things.
