For the second new F-102 sheet, we have a colorful aircraft from the 526 FIS. The aircraft itself is in overall ADC Grey FS 16473. The tail will have to be painted white prior to the installation of the tail stripe decals. Full insignia and data markings are provided as well as a super placement guide in the instructions. This kit is for the Case X wings. Here is an explanation of the wings and kits:

There were two different wings for the 102; the 'Case X' (10) and 'Case XX' (20) wings. Basically, the Case XX wing had a very noticeable curved down wing leading edge and wing tip. This later wing was installed on all F-102s starting with serial number 56-1317 (often shown on the tail as 61317). It was NOT retrofitted to earlier aircraft. Though I have not bought the recent reissue, I've been told that only the Case X wing is provided in the kit. If you want the Case XX wing, you need the original issue Monogram kit as the ProModeler kit also has the Case X wing.
