This next Wolfpak decal sheet has a nice selection of subjects on it, most of them of which are not modern and are from the 60s and 70s. There are eight options, two of which are nearly the same.

First we have an A-6A from VA-35 aboard the USS Coral Sea in 1070. Standard light gull grey over white with this one having the perforated side dive brakes of early build A-6As.

Next an F-15A from the 8th TFS/49th TFW based at Holloman AFB in mid 1979. For years the 49th flew the F-15 before switching to the F-117 and then the F-22. Holoman is a perfect base for lots of flying as they have more flyable days of weather than probably any other place in the US.

The first of two similar A-7Ds is next. THis one is from the 356 TFS/452 TFW at Myrtle Beach in late 1971. At this time they were under the 'old' tail code system. The other A-7D from the same unit based at Korat in 1972 has the newer tail code system where the whole wing uses the same tail code. Both of these are in standard SEA camo.

The UH-1D is one of those operated by Air America in 1969. The standard colors for these was 35044 blue and silver.

The CH-3B is a bit different from the usual USAF SAR helo in that it is just like a navy version with the hull. This one is in overall aluminum and was assigned to Hickam AFB in 1970.

The drone is an MQ-9 assigned to the 29th Attack Squadron of the 49th Wing at Holloman AFB in late 2012. Two greys as is the norm with these.

Finally, an F-4B of VMFA-314 when deployed to Chu Lai in 1968. Like the A-6 is it light gull grey over white with a white or off-white radome.

The instruction sheet for this set is the best in the business when it comes to background information and what may be needed to accurately depict the aircraft being modeled. In addition to the actual placement profiles, there are several additional pages of information that include a history of the type,  kits and update bits for these schemes,  as well as load-out information, and any changes needed to properly model the aircraft in question, assuring you of the most accurate model you can have. A listing of available kits is also included.

As with the previous sheets, these are superbly printed by Fantasy Printshop and without any registration problems. If you have not yet treated yourself to some of the best researched decals around, you should.
