Here is a 'one set does all' super detailing set for the Hasegawa 1/72 Lancaster. There is no part of the airframe that does not have something added to it with this particular set.

Resin is used for the replacement wheels, new ailerons, new rear nacelle section, new horizontal stabilizers, elevators, fins and rudders and a number of smaller items.

Brass provides a new cockpit, complete flap sections with all the ribbing, a full bomb bay with mountings, enhancements for the turrets, new engine radiators, new wheel wells, bomb enhancements and a considerable number of other bits and pieces for the airframe.

Along with this set, I was sent a set of decals, superbly printed by Tiger Wings. This includes two font styles for one aircraft, PO*S/R5868. All of the markings have white back-up decals that are not shown, as Tiger Wings decals are very thin and tend to be a bit transparent.

The instructions are first-rate showing exactly what has to be done to modify the kit parts, where required, and best of all, what it all looks like when you are done.

All in all a superlative detail set that can't be  beat and perfect for those of you who want to really detail up your Hasegawa Lancaster.
