This particular update set is for the fairly new AMtech Ju-88S-1/T-1 kit. Even though the kit is new, the majority of the parts are from AMT/ERTL and so that means that there are some areas that really need improvement. Specifically, the narrowness of the nose area, the poor transparencies, innaccurate BMW 801 engines and the too slender engine nacelles and wheel wells. This is all taken care of with this set which includes a completely new resin nose section that has the detail on the inside that is missing from the AMtech kit. New and accurate engines as well as their superb replacement nacelles/wheel wells will go a long way to making it look more like what it supposed to be. You also get new spinners with fans, metal prop blades and new seats for the guys inside. An excellent set that will surely help your next Ju-88S-1/T-1 effort.
