You recall that Cutting Edge has produced several sets for backdating 1/32 Tamiya F-4 kits and now there is one for the Hasegawa kit. This requires the use of the later engraved F-4J kit and provides all the goodies needed to produce an F-4B/N.

This includes new upper wings, new landing gear doors, new speed brakes, new nose, new fin tip, new wheels, new intake ECM antennas, new exhaust section, new flaps and ailerons, and new early model stabs without the slats.

That is quite a lot of stuff and Cutting Edge provides an outstanding set of instructions with full color photos to help you successfully perform the conversion. It is not for the beginner, but anyone with moderate skills should be able to finally produced a nice, engraved early F-4.
