You know, I've never seen a cockpit set that has been designed in the way that this one from Legend has been done. Most will have you simply replace the kit bits with resin ones. This time, you replace entire sections of the airframe, a quite novel approach to things. Each of the exterior panels has the appropriate interior bits on the other side. This not only cuts down on the fiddlyness of the whole thing, but should make for an easier installation. The resin casting blocks are located in areas that don't require a lot of cutting and sanding as on some other makes of resin cockpits and I appreciate that. The instructions show you exactly where to to your cutting on the kit fuselage and it seems simple enough to me. No specific color information is written out, but there are lots of color images on the box top and in the set. A couple of lengths of copper wire are also supplied for the bang seat upper pull handles. Overall, it looks like a very nice set and one that is most welcome.
