Royale Resins started off by doing wheels and this is a fine set. They are for any 1/48 Ju-88, which for most means any of the various Dragon/DML offerings or the one done by ProModeler a few years back. These are already weighted but not so much as to appear flat. One simply drills out axle holes, paints them, cuts them from the stubs and puts them on the model. Can't be much easier.
