This Scale Aircraft Conversions set is a bit different from the norm. This time, we have a nicely done D-704 Buddy Pod. The pod itself is nicely cast in resin and includes a metal forward section that includes the vanes that provide power for the pod. This pod was used for a wide variety of Navy Aircraft including the A-1, A-4, A-6 and A-7. In recent years there have been 1/32 kits of these aircraft produced so you do have models on which you can place this item. Overall length of this pod without the vane piece is a bit over six inches. The set comes complete with water slide decals and a complete placement guide.
