This new Scale Aircraft Conversions set is for the relatively new Airfix 1/72 Spitfire IXe and PR.XIX kits. Though Airfix has also released a new Mk.I, there is no indication that this will fit that one as well. This set is an upgrade set as the main gear legs and gear doors are separate items. This set also has a tail gear with molded on wheel. Like all SAC gear, this set is nicely molded and is a direct replacement for the kit parts.
