This Scale Aircraft Conversions set is for the new Airfix 1/72 F4F Wildcat. This is a pretty complex landing gear in any scale and SAC has encased most of the parts in metal sprue to keep them safe from any shipping damage. As you can see, the Wildcat did not have a simple main gear and this set provides all of the various pieces needed. This is nicely cast and the parts are a direct replacement for the pieces that come in the kit.
