This Scale Aircraft Conversions set is for the Hasegawa 1/48 P-51 Mustang. This venerable kit has been around a while and is still a favorite of modelers. As you would expect, this set is not particularly complex, consisting of main gear legs and a full tail gear strut with the wheel molded in place. The set also includes gear door attachment struts for the main gear.These are direct replacements for the kit parts.

The gear is quite sturdy, and all one needs to do is clean up the mold seams, paint things and install them. As you can see from the image, the casting is first rate.
