This Scale Aircraft Conversions set is for the 1/72 Airfix F-86 that was recently released. This one has the standard nose gear assembly as well as the two main landing gear. The real plus is that it has the upper intake piece that is the correct weight to replace any need to add nose weight. These are direct replacements for the kit parts.

The gear is quite sturdy, and all one needs to do is clean up the mold seams, paint things and install them. As you can see from the image, the casting is first rate.
