This next set from Yahu Models of Poland is for the Airfix or Tamiya 1/48 Spitfire I, though I'm betting it can be adapted to other kits. The set includes the full color instrument panel and the compass face. If there is any detail on the kit instrument panel that will need to be removed. To use this on the Tamiya kit, the very bottom section of the panel will need to be removed. Thanks to the small bits, this set is not really for beginners, though the addition of this set will really make your kit's cockpit come alive.
