THE KIT |
Another interesting figure set from Master Box is this one that is listed as a Commonwealth ADV Crew. Of course, one can see that some of these figures would not be appropriate inside a tank, but they are quite appropriate for a North African armor diorama.
There are six human figures in this set. One of them looks suspiciously like Bernard Montgomery, holding a cup of tea. Another is standing and leaning, while one is crouching and another sitting in an open hatch. The set includes two other figures with turbans, and one is atop a camel.
There is no instruction sheet, but on the back of the box are views of each figure showing where the parts fit and giving color information. A parts diagram is also provided so you can identify each bit. Color information is provided with Vallejo, Tamiya, Lifecolour, Humbrol and Agama references, so you should be able to find something that will work.
CONCLUSIONS |
There are quite a few people who like doing figures like this. If not for stand-alone, then together in a diorama of some sort. They definitely will add to any vehicle and appear to be pretty straight-forward in terms of construction and painting.
